Andrew McWilliams - Principal

Andrew McWilliams has assisted companies in 40 countries to enhance their global competitiveness through strategic and tactical marketing and distribution. After receiving his M.A. in Economics from Harvard, Andrew served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, including a tour in strategic and theater operations planning at the Pentagon. He then consulted for more than 20 years with such global firms as A.T. Kearney and Ernst & Young Consulting, before founding Interstrategy, Inc., an international consulting firm specializing in strategy, marketing and financial advisory services to clients in the Internet, software and financial services sectors. Andrew combines a deep understanding of the Internet and digital technologies with a firm grasp of business realities gained through many years of advising brick-and-mortar clients. He speaks French, Spanish, and Arabic and has demonstrated his ability to work with leaders from different business cultures to achieve their global objectives.

Sol Squire - Principal

Sol Squire graduated from Cambridge University with Master's degrees in both History and Geology. He served in the British Royal Navy as a field intelligence officer specializing in China and Central Asia. After his military service, Sol worked for British Petroleum in Japan for four years. He then served as director of overseas operations for LaserMaster Corp.and DiaGen Ltd. (Taiwan), before being hired by KLM airlines to help smooth its technical and staff integration with Northwest Airlines. Taking a hiatus from 43rd Parallel, Sol worked for the global Internet search engine Lycos as Senior Director of International Network Productions and Product Development as they integrated with the Terra Corporation of Spain. Fluent in many languages, he has an in-depth understanding of both European and Asian markets and over a decade of hands-on experience in technical product development and systems integration.

André Wamba - Senior Associate

André Wamba holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Management and Finance. Widely experienced in Africa and other emerging markets,  André until recently served as a senior economic advisor to the  Democratic Republic of Congo.  An experienced project manager, André is the former Director of Product Development at TDS.
